For "Unknown column" errors or missing tables, check you are running the latest version and the latest version has all the required tables. The following schema can be used for reference:

If you have upgraded from a previous version, try running the upgrade routine again. Note that your database user MUST have FULL privileges, including DROP privileges for upgrade routines.
